iEmpower provides a range of employment services through a raft of different targeted programs including, but not only, these below:

Roads to Work, a Job Victoria Employment Network funded project in which Holmesglen Institute and Lend-a-Hand work collaboratively as partners
Step-Up an employment program for ex-offenders. This program was developed to assist young people and adults to access education, training and employment opportunities to ensure their smooth integration into the wider community.
FlemingtonWorks - a workplace based employment initiative to assist the long-term unemployed and the underemployed to secure sustainable employment
SpiceMate - a social enterprise to assist women who are socially isolated and dislocated who have demonstrated interest in community garden, food preparation and processing
Konnect Recruitment and Training Services - The online recruitment and non-accredited training service is at its initial stages however we envisage that we will reach out to 40,000 job seekers with who we had worked directly or indirectly over the next three years
