Abeselom was the previous CEO of iEmpower a highly regarded youth services organisation. Previously, Abeselom was the State and General Manager of AMES Employment overseeing 400 staff and with a budget of over 40mil. He has served as a senior executive in public, community and private sector based organisations.
Rebecca is the Acting CEO and Administration and Contracts Manager at iEmpower with over eighteen years’ experience in management. Born and raised in Sydney, Rebecca made the move to Melbourne in 2015 to pursue other opportunities which ultimately led her to iEmpower.
Abeba Belay is of an East-African background. She came to Australia as a refugee and has lived in Australia for more than 26 years.

Raj specializes in community services, having completed her Diploma of Community Services in 2015. Additionally, Raj has speciﬁc knowledge and experience in mental health and alcohol and other drugs. She is passionate about improving the

Candy was born in Liberia and migrated to Australia in 2008. Since migrating to Australia, Candy has pursued her interests and passions for the justice system by studying a Bachelor in Criminal Justice. Candy started at iEmpower in 2016, she works
as an Administration Assistant and Case Oﬃcer, specializing in employment services.
